Q: Does Martinizing charge a delivery fee?

A: No.  There is no additional charge for our delivery service and our price is the same as our regular in-store price.

Q: Do I have to be there when the drop-off or pick-up is made?

A: No.   Just leave your clothes our for us on your designated morning and we’ll return them the next afternoon to your predetermined drop-off location.

Q: Is there a minimum order size?

A: No.  We have no minimums on order size.  One item is fine.

Q:  Do I have to send clothes every time?

A: No.  We have no minimum on order size or frequency of use.

Q: Can you hold my clothes until I return from a trip?

A: Yes.  We’ll delivery your clothes on the next service day once you return from your trip.

Q: How do I tell Martinizing about a special request with my garment?

A: Simply leave a detailed note in your bag identifying the specific garment along with your request.  For example: Please repair the hem in the brown Tommy Bahama pants.

Q: What type of bag do I use to put my clothes in for pick-up?

A: We will provide personalized yellow Martinizing Dry Cleaning laundry bags.

Q: What if I have a large item like a comforter that won’t fit in my yellow laundry bag?

A: You may put this inside of a large lawn garbage bag and tie the draw string of your laundry bag around the top of the bag to designate that you would like us to pick it up.  Household items generally take more than one day to turn around and will be returned as soon as possible.

Q: How will you know my scheduled drop-off and pick-up days?

A: Upon sign-up, your driver or our route manager will call you to discuss your normal schedule.

Q: How do I pay you?

A: We keep your credit card stored on our secure point of sale system.  This method of payment allows us to control costs.  We have made exceptions for very good customers.

Q: Does Martinizing Dry cleaning offer a guarantee?

A: Definitely!  We guarantee you will be thrilled with the amount of time you are saving each week by having Martinizing take care of your dry cleaning and laundry needs.  If you are not completely satisfied with your experience, we do whatever it takes to make sure you are happy now and in the future.

Q: What areas does Martinizing Dry Cleaning have pick-up and delivery service?

A: We have regular delivery routes in Arvada, Brighton, Broomfield, Golden, Henderson, Superior, Thornton and Westminster.

Q: What does Martinizing pick-up and deliver?

A: We pick up and deliver any garments or household items that need dry cleaning, laundry or alterations or repairs.
